Few years ago I used to live in a rent flat downtown Madrid, an old doorman flat with an oval window and 3 balconies facing a wide courtyard. We rent the place from a girl we met at a party. She lived in the same building in the top floor and she used to come by and visit us quite often and little by little we became best friends. She used to spend many evenings with us watching movies, talking about our dreams like for her was running her own art gallery. It is 11 years since I met Asela and I still remember these days we spent together every time I go to ESPACIOVALVERDE, her art gallery located in the place I used to live...
Some of the art pieces I have at home come from ESPACIOVALVERDE like this embroidery made by Namibian women for Demetrios Eames (you may recognize the surname, he is the grandson of great Ray y Charles Eames). It is part of a masive project called Kcymaerxthaere.
O este cuadrito de Ricardo Cavolo "La familia Carmona"
